Situated in New Polzeath Number 6 Pentire Rocks is a stunning, contemporary ground floor apartment with a sunny rear garden. The renowned beachside village of Polzeath enjoys a selection of shops and a convenience store for those holiday essentials. Polzeath beach itself offers many water sport facilities, equipment hire and lessons and a selection of cafes and restaurants to eat.
An oak floored hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with television, DVD player, CD player and French door with glazed panels to either side, complete with internal shutters for privacy if required. The dining table seats 6 people and is open to the kitchen area which is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed with bedside tables and wardrobe. The en-suite shower room features a large shower cubical, thermostatic shower, electric towel rail, vanity unit with basin and WC.
Bedroom two is a twin room with an airing cupboard. The contemporary bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, WC and electric towel rail.
There is a delightful patio and garden with garden furniture. A gate gives access to a public road to New Polzeath and the coastal footpath to the beach which is approximately 400 yards. In the garden there is an outside shower and hose.
The property benefits from parking, night storage heating, bed linen provided and BT Infinity Wi-Fi.
From the car park there is one step up to a walkway at the end of which there are sixteen steps down to the lower level where number 6 can be accessed. To the rear of the property there is one step down from the French doors to the patio and one further step down to the garden. From the garden there is a level access onto the public road.
All doors have a minimum width of 2 foot 8 inches.
