We understand that you may not be able to book a full week’s stay, so some of our properties offer flexible short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Mid-Season short breaks 2018 – 9th – 16th February, 13th – 27th April, 4th to 25th May, 1st to 29th June and 7th September to 12th October

Rosben is a delightful, stylish property ideally situated just 200 metres from Trevone beach. Rosben makes the most of its position by having an upstairs lounge with views both over the countryside and the sea. It benefits from parking, wi-fi, an enclosed lawned garden and a decked patio.
Covered porch gives access to the Hallway with wooden floors throughout the downstairs.
Bedroom One - has a double bed, wash hand basin, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Two - has a 3ft single bed and 3ft stowaway bed which can be set up alongside if notified in advance. There is a wash hand basin and wardrobe with both hanging space and shelves.
Bedroom Three - 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Family Bathroom - Bath (hand held shower off mixer taps), wash hand basin and WC, feature porthole window.
From the Hallway there is access to the Breakfast Room which has a circular table and four chairs, solid fuel stove, TV and CD player, additional seating and storage and then to the rear of the property is the Kitchen.
The Kitchen looks out over the garden and decked area, it has a slate floor, is fully fitted with a belfast sink, gas hob and built-in electric oven.
There is also a separate Dining Room with large table and chairs.
Stairs from the Dining Room take you up to the Lounge with two sofas, additional seating, occasional tables, TV, DVD player, video player, iPod dock.
Accessed across the decked area in the rear garden there is a separate Utility Room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer and Wet Room with Shower and WC, which are ideal when you come back in off the beach.
The owners really have tried to think of everything you could possibly need with games and puzzles, DVDs and videos for those cosy sessions after a long day on the beach.
Outside there are enclosed front and rear gardens, laid mostly to lawn with shrub borders, decked area and outside furniture.
Friday changeover, bed linen and towels are provided - please bring your own beach towels.
