  Delightful detached character accommodation in the heart of Padstow old town sleeping 6.
  
  A short walk takes you from the seclusion of the old town to Padstow Harbour, which is abuzz with visitors and locals alike. Renowned for its wide range of places to eat, there is everything from Michelin stars to award winning pasties. The harbour is busy with children crabbing and pleasure craft, mooring alongside fishing vessels. At one end of the town there is the popular walk or cycle ride along the old railway line beside the Camel Estuary to Wadebridge Town and from past the far end of the harbour you can walk out down the estuary to Stepper Point. The “Seven Beaches” popular with surfers and families alike are all a short drive away.

  Living/Dining Room with Log burner 2 large sofas and separate armchair, coffee table and occasional tables, Dining room table and chairs, SMART TV, 2 sets of French doors provide access to the garden.
  Shower Room - WC, wash hand basin, large walk in shower.
  
  Wide staircase provides access to First Floor - with large central landing.
  
  Bedroom 1: Super King with king size duvet - 2 sash windows provide views to the garden, built in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps.
  Bedroom 2: Double bed built-in wardrobe, single sash window overlooking the garden.
  Bedroom 3 : Twin beds built-in wardrobe, Single sash window to front elevation.
  Separate WC with wash hand basin.
  Modern tiled Bathroom with wash hand basin and bath with shower over.
  
  Outside:
  Front Courtyard - accessed via High Street.
  Rear Garden - Large rear garden with slate patio area and lawn. Slate roofed open Gazebo with Garden table and chairs, provision of 3 sun loungers for guests. Path to Private parking.
  Parking - for 2/3 vehicles - access via Church Street.
  Utility Room - (external) To the Front of the property the owners have installed washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. There is also an extra fridge for drinks.

  Heating and Electricity: included in rental.

  Really lovely house with large garden right in the heart of old Padstow. A Really roomy home from home. Another real bonus is on site parking at the bottom of the garden.
  The house has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a wood burner to make a cosy evening on colder nights.
  This was our 2nd stay and we will definitely be returning, there is not a better location in Padstow.
