  The Area – Rock Beach is known for it’s flat and calm waters, perfect for water sports, boating and swimming. When the tide is out you can walk on the beach to Daymer Bay, when the tide is in, take the route is over Brea Hill rather than on the beach!
  
  Your closest convenience stores are in Rock, you have; Deli, Bakery, Convenience Store, Fish Mongers, Butchers and Fish and Chip Shop. The closest Post Office is St Minver (5 minute drive).
  
  You have multiple eateries to choose from in Rock, including famous chef Paul Ainsworth’s, The Mariners as well as the very popular Fourboys restaurant.
  
  Polzeath is a short 5 minute drive (or a scenic coastal walk!) and has more eateries and clothes & lifestyle shops.
  
  The popular market town of Wadebridge is approx. just 5 miles away with an excellent range of shops, cinema and sports complex which includes an indoor swimming pool.
  You must try and fit in a day trip visit the harbour town of Padstow – just a short trip on the passenger ferry from Rock
