Coswarth Cottage is a lovely family holiday home, on two levels with really stunning views over the Estuary from the conservatory and two of the bedrooms. A real hidden gem, the property is situated within 300m of Padstow harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Trail but is tucked away off the road. The cottage also boasts driveway parking for two/three cars at the front of the property.
This character home is charmingly presented and equipped with everything you need to make your Padstow holiday a special one. To the front is a patio and lawned garden with views over the estuary towards Bodmin Moor and the peaks of Rough Tor and Brown Willy.
There is Parking to the front of the property for 2/3 Vehicles.

From the driveway parking area follow the path thought the garden to the front door
Via the front door - entry into the hallway, with:
WC and wet room - fully tiled wet room with Toilet and pedestal sink with small window.
The Living room is large with ample seating, including a corner sofa, a two seater sofa and two armchairs. It has a TV, windows overlooking garden, and french doors leading into:
Large conservatory with wicker furniture and views to the lawned garden and to the estuary. Door to front Patio area and outdoor seating.

Dining room - Dining table and 6 chairs, leading into:
Modern Kitchen - benefitting from all expected appliances including tea and toast making facilities, a range style electric cooker with halogen hob and extractor hood over, dishwasher and breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Door from the kitchen leads to rear Courtyard area
From the hall a staircase leads to the first floor landing.
Bedroom one - Double bed, Bedroom chair, clothes storage and estuary views.
Bedroom two - Double bed, Bedroom chair, clothes storage and estuary views.
Bedroom three - Two single beds and storage.
Family bathroom with benefits of bath tub PLUS separate shower cubicle and pedestal wash hand basin.

Airing cupboard on the landing houses iron and ironing board.

Garden - Large garden with a patio and patio furniture to the front of Coswarth Cottage and large lawned garden area. The garden includes the owners greenhouse (not for guests use)
Side Courtyard - Various outbuildings one of which houses the washing machine.
Bed Linen and Towels are provided
Pets are accepted at £30 per pet per week (dogs must not be left unattended and are not to be allowed upstairs and in bedrooms)
Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
Note: Security cameras are installed on the driveway of Coswarth Cottage.
