    Kitchen equipped with crockery and all self-catering necessaries including Fridge Freezer, four slice toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave grill , Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Electric Oven and Gas Hob with extractor hood over, and Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast table with 2 chairs.

    Bedroom One - King size Bed with window overlooking the rear garden, and door to rear garden, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Hairdryer.
    Family Bathroom -includes Shower cubicle, countertop wash hand basin with drawers under. LED mirror, WC, toothbrush charger/shaving point, tiled floor and twin heated towel rails.
    Twin Bedroom - Spacious Bedroom with window overlooking rear garden. 2 full sized single beds with bedside cabinets and lamps, large 3 doored wardrobe with shelves, drawers and hanging space. Two further 4 drawer chests. Mirror.

    Rear Garden- accessed via the Kitchen. Spacious enclosed tiered garden with lawned grass and gravel patio sitting area.

    PLEASE BE AWARE The property may be unsuitable for very young children unless closely supervised and guests with restricted mobility due to terraced garden and uneven steps in rear garden without handrail/balustrade.

    Access to the Garage - is for use of Washing Machine only for guests convenience.

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

    Bedlinen provided - Bedding will be left on the beds for guests to make up on arrival. Please bring your own towels.

    Pets Accepted: Maximum One pet is accepted at £30 per pet per week (but must not be left unattended at anytime and not to be allowed in bedrooms or on sofas. Dog owners are required to provide their own throws and blankets)
