Kegyn is a three-bedroom holiday cottage accommodating up to 5 guests, Family bathroom, one en-suite bedroom and ground floor WC.

Kegyn is a bright and roomy Beach retreat & benefits from 3 bedrooms for up to 5 guests, well equipped comfortable accommodation with wooden laminate flooring throughout the ground floor
Front Door – Access into Hallway
Ground Floor
Living Room – Spacious room providing guests with comfortable Lounge sofa seating, coffee table, side lamps and TV with Freeview.
Ground floor WC – with pedestal wash hand basin.
The Kitchen/Diner – Fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with all the necessary mod cons for a self catering holiday including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and even a Krups coffee pod machine for the coffee lovers!

Outside: Patio area with picnic table.
Stairs from the Living area give access to all 3 Bedrooms at first floor level
Bedroom One – Double bedroom – With en-suite facilities. Double bed, Side lamps with tables, clothes storage drawers, dressing table and chair with mirror over. Door to:
En-Suite shower – Large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, mirror and corner toilet.
Bedroom Two -Twin bedroom – Two single beds with bedside table, lamps and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Three-Single Bedroom – Single Bed with bedside table,lamp and chair .
Family Bathroom – Bath tub with shower over with shower screen, wash hand basin with corner WC,
Guests can also benefit from access to the communal courtyard and bbq area.
Bedding: Bed Linen & Bath towels per guest provided.
Pets – Two pets accepted at £30 per pet per stay for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.Pets must not be left unattended or permitted in bedrooms
Electricity and Heating included in Rental.
Changeover Day during peak summer weeks is Saturday. Arrival is 4pm and Departure is 10am prompt
