Lundy Cottage is an end terraced traditional character Padstow Holiday Cottage located within 200 yards of the harbour, shops and restaurants. This Cornish cottage is well furnished and equipped, with the accommodation being arranged on three floors.
Views of the Camel Estuary from the second floor bedroom, Outside, there is a secure courtyard garden, with patio table and chairs, which is ideal for pets.

    Front Entrance Door opens into:

    Hallway

    Sitting room with character inset fireplace with slate hearth, two sofas, TV and DVD player, lamps, occasional tables and window to front elevation.

    Dining room - tiled floor throughout with pine dresser, pine table and six chairs, built in cupboards housing crockery.

    Modern fitted kitchen with cutlery, pans and utensils. Appliances including microwave, toaster, cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

    Stairs from the Hallway lead to First Floor bedrooms and bathroom

    Bedroom one - double room with king size bed.

    Bedroom two - twin bedded room.

    Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin.

    Second Floor:-

    Bedroom three - twin bedded room.

    Please be aware that the stairs to the second floor are steep and therefore, may not suitable for children under the age of 6, or the elderly.

    Outside at Lundy Cottage

    Rear courtyard garden with patio and chairs.

    Utility Room/Garden Store - Ground floor WC, with wash hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer

    Pets are accepted at £25 per pet week

    Gas and electricity are included.

    BED LINEN & TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
