  The Front Door gives you access to the Hallway with handy understairs cupboard for vacuum cleaner, ironing board, airer etc. To the right is the fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with views to the beach.
  
  To the left is the Living/Dining room with patio door to the rear garden and pathway to the separate private garden, seating area and BBQ. There is comfortable seating for 4 people, TV, electric fire, fold-away dining room table with 2 chairs.
  
  Sliding door gives access to the Inner Hallway with window to side, electric heater and 2 further dining chairs and access to:
  
  Family Bathroom with panelled bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC, wall mirror, wall cabinet and towel rail.
  
  Twin Bedroom with picture window which makes the most of the views to the beach, bedside cabinets with bedside table lamps, fitted wardrobe with both hanging space and shelving, dressing table with mirror, stool and comfortable chair.
  
  The staircase in the Hallway gives access to the first floor bedroom with dual aspect windows and views to Porthmissen Farm and Trevone Bay;just across the Landing are a separate WC, wash hand basin and airing cupboard with storage.
  
  To the front of the property is a decked area with picnic table with views to Trevone Bay and path to the private parking.
  
  Heating is provided by Rointe electric wall heaters and is included in rental rate.
