    First Floor stairs with hand rail to one side leading to the first floor Please note: stairs are fairly steep. There is an integrated barrier that can be used at the top of the stairs,with a standard barrel bolt.

    Rear private patio space - Enclosed, with Slate topped table and benches and outdoor seating accommodating 8 guests .Washing line. suitable for storing surfboards, biked etc via side gate - please bring your own locks for gate.
    Access from first floor living area door to external stairs - Please Note: Please ensure young children are supervised in this room at all times

    Pets Accepted up to 4 medium size dogs charged at £30 per pet per stay on stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays. Dogs must not be left unattended and are not to be allowed upstairs and in bedrooms

    Towels - not included please bring your own towels and beach towels

    Included Tea Towels, bath mats and hand towels and hand soap to WC's included. Welcome starters of cleaning products including, toilet rolls. kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets
    One high chair and one Travel cot by prior arrangement.

    Electricity and oil fired central heating included in rental price.

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
