The property is equipped to a high standard with ample parking, outside shower, sun deck, outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ.

Door into Kitchen/Breakfast Room. Lounge with open fire and large picture windows overlooking the sea and beach at Polzeath. Door to sun deck. Dining Room with ample seating for 8 occupants. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, Shower room with wc.Upstairs Bedroom 3: Twin/super king size zip and link beds, Bedroom 4: Twin beds, Bathroom on the First floor with shower over bath and wc.
The property is approached down an unmade and un-adopted private road with pot holes. There is a concrete drive and hard standing for parking, there is a ramp up to the front door: suitable for wheelchairs.
Once inside, ground floor accommodation all level with two steps to rear decked patio area. Stairs lead to first floor.
