Pen Wethers is a lovely reversed accommodation house set just below St Enedoc Golf Club in Rock, boasting fabulous estuary views from the balcony, accessible from both the open plan living area, and the master en-suite bedroom. The front garden provides great access onto footpaths leading to Rock beach and the coast path to Daymer Bay. A true location for all of the family, with both the sailing club and Camel ski school on the doorstep for the more adventurous, and the Mariners Pub or The Upper Deck for those who just enjoy good local food and drink.

    Lovely detached property with parking at the front for several cars and a boat. On the ground floor there are two twin Bedrooms, one with a trundle pull out bed so can sleep three. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with shower cubicle, washing machine tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Also on this floor is the bathroom. The first floor has an open plan kitchen,dining, living room with good views down to the Estuary from large picture window and balcony with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has a large range cooker with 5 burner gas hob.

    The living room has a wood burner and there is central heating as well.

    The master bedroom (Super King) also has access direct onto the balcony with great views and a bath en-suite (no shower).

    The rear garden is on two levels with good size lawn at lower level. There is also a shed at the side of the property for guests to use to store their wetsuits and any water sport equipment.

    **Please note for when hiring linen the single beds have double duvets, therefore you must order double-sized covers**

    The property is approached via the private road to St Enodoc Golf club which is well maintained. There is a slope down to the front parking area and level access around the house. Step up to front door and living room on first floor so not suitable for wheel chair users. Also note no handrails to steps up from front garden to public footpath or from rear of property down the steps to lawned garden.
