Pendennis is situated just 650m from buzz of Padstow harbour - where there is a variety of activities to be enjoyed including dining in renowned restaurants and cafes, water sports, boat trips and fishing trips to name just a few.....
The championship links golf course of Trevose Golf & Country Club and surrounding 7 beaches popular with surfers and boarders is within a couple of miles drive and various activities and attractions are all accessible locally.

    Double Bedroom- Bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, window and modern wall radiator, window overlooking rear elevation to the Camel Estuary.
    Twin Bedroom - Bedside table and lamp, built in wardrobe, dressing area with mirror and stool, modern wall radiator, window to front elevation.
    Modern Shower Room - With shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail, shaver point. Bath mat and hand towel provided.

    Outside - leading from open plan living area patio doors to rear brick paved patio area with garden table and chairs and large lawned garden space with views to the Camel Estuary, footpath to rear pedestrian access and gated access to the front of the property.

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

    The property is now able to accommodate one or two pets during low season peak season, with an additional charge of £30 per pet per week - please contact us for further details.
