About this property

Penworthy is a delightful three bedroom property situated in the centre of Rock village where a wide variety of local shops can be found. There is a deli, bakery, butcher and fish shop along with some other independant stores. The long sandy beach of Rock, which reaches to Daymer Bay, is only a five minute drive or a brisk walk away, as is the sheltered cove of Porthilly.

Rock is a haven for walkers and golfers alike, with the world renowned St Enodoc Golf Club just down the road, and there are plenty of beautiful walks around the coast. Rock is well known for its water sports on th Camel estuary, with the Camel ski school offering fun activities in the season, and ther is a slipway for visitors boats. Padstow is a short ferry ride across the estuary.

    Bedroom 3: Twin beds standard with ensuite shower room, wc. Seating area for children with TV. Extra single bed for 7th Adult.

    To the rear of the garage accessed through the house is a laundry room with with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an additional shower room - perfect for coming straight off the beach!

    Large front garden and a secluded rear garden, both surrounded by hedges, with mature shrubs and grassed, and with garden furniture.

    Large driveway with double gates, and room to park a boat as well as cars.

    Access is via a wide tarmaced driveway. There is a step up into the conservatory/ entrance porch and a step up into the main property. Level access to the downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. A turning staircase leads upto another bedroom, ensuite and small tv area.

    This property includes linen but please bring your own towels.
