A cosy comfortable property with open-plan living/dining area which includes log burner as well as underfloor heating as well as benefitting from a large rear enclosed patio.

The cottage is located within just 300 yards of the harbour town of Padstow in North Cornwall with a great variety of amenities, restaurants and shops and various activities for all the family.

The coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius - which are popular with walkers and bird watchers.

    The Living Area is situated at the rear of the property and enjoys underfloor heating with 2 two seater sofas, Smart TV - with Free view and DVD player. Log Burner and french doors to the patio garden.
    The Dining Area has table and chairs for 6, high-chair and fridge/freezer with window to the front of the property.
