Sumerdaes is a large, recently extended, holiday home situated in a large sunny garden on Rock Road in Cornwall. The house is in an ideal spot for all the amenities the village has to offer. In the garden there is a sunny patio and plenty of seating areas to enjoy the outdoors with ample parking to the front.
Inside the property is nicely furnished throughout with a wood burner in the lounge. A new extension houses bedrooms 1 and 2 with an extra shower room and utility, there is now attractive karndean flooring from the rear door running through the hall to the utility and shower room. There is a sun room to the front which enjoys the sun all day - a great spot to admire the pretty garden.

The staircase in the property is a turning stair case with an opening at the bottom and has an open balustrade. This is considered unsuitable for unattended children.
Sumerdaes has an electric car charging point available, should you wish to use this please say at the time of booking. There is an extra cost associated with this and the housekeeper will need to make available.
