The Accommodation

Kitchen – Fully equipped with a farmhouse dining table and seating for 8 people. Fridge Freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, door leads direct to Rear patio
Staircase leads down to :
Bedroom 1 – Standard double bed with built in wardrobes, side tables with lamps and dresser. Double aspect with rural views out to open countryside.
Ensuite Shower Room – with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with large picture window looking over the drive and out to the church and surrounding pretty cottage gardens.
Bedroom 3 – Single bed with trundle bed under if required. (please provide your own bedding for this extra trundle bed, once this bed is in use the space in this bedroom is very limited) With dressing table and built in wardrobe.
Separate WC with wash basin
Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom with bedside tables, lamps, chair and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom – Bath with hand held shower attachment, electric shower over, toilet and hand basin.
Drying Room – with heating, drying rack and storage for drying wet suits etc.
Rear patio – accessed direct form the kitchen, with outdoor furniture and countryside views
