Nestled down a quiet lane behind the church in St Minver Village, The Barn is a charming conversion property with a lovely sunny courtyard off the kitchen to sit and enjoy the Cornish sun and some rural views out to open farmland to one side. The Barn is comfortably furnished and has some original features including stripped floorboards and beams upstairs and ledge and brace doors completing the look downstairs. The accommodation is spacious and would suit holidays all year round as it has a log burner to cosy up in front of in the cooler months.
The Barn is ideally situated for everything this part of the North coast has to offer. It's a short drive from Rock where you can find the sandy beach and Ferry point to Padstow, a variety of shops, pubs, watersports, golf and plenty of beautiful coastal walks. Also nearby is the famous surfing beach of Polzeath and the ever popular Port Isaac which has grown in popularity due to the success of the television show Doc Martin. The Fourways Inn is a short walk from The Barn and offers great local ales and home cooked food, perfect for the days you don't feel like cooking!

This property is a character property and is built with solid wall construction, Many older properties offer charm and character and were built well before modern building practices. This means that they sometimes have lower ceilings, narrow stairs, and a tendency to be damp despite the care we take when inspecting a property.
