    On entering the property via the front entrance door you are instantly greeted by a light and airy open plan entrance hallway into:

    DINING AREA - Double glazed patio doors opening onto impressive decked terrace with delightful views to the Camel Estuary and Rock with dining table for 6 for those relaxing mealtimes, side tables with lamps and Blue tooth speaker

    KITCHEN - With great views to the Camel Estuary and The Monument. Fully equipped with all you could need for a self catering stay, ceramic sink, Gas hob with extractor hood over, electric oven and grill, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with two stools, tiled floor.

    UTILITY ROOM - washing machine, tumble dryer and other household items for guest use. Door leads to rear elevation

    BEDROOM ONE - Overlooking rear elevation with views to the Camel Estuary and Rock, with King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers and lamps, dressing table with stool, free standing mirror, wall mounted TV and door to:
    EN-SUITE BATHROOM - Frosted double glazed window with window shutters, bath, corner shower cubicle, low level WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

    GARDEN - Accessed from both the Dining and Utility Room. Raised decked patio with outdoor seating and steps down to lawned area, with further seating and gravel path surround.

    PARKING Located to the front of the property is a brick paved parking area for four vehicles.

    Bed Linen and Towels are provided

    Maximum Two pets are accepted at £25 per pet per week

    Please note - There is a refundable £250 Damage Deposit due prior to commencement of stay.
