The Harbour Town of Padstow is within 3 miles with more extensive shopping and dining opportunities and is accessible via Bus from the village or by car. Regular Buses to Newquay and Wadebridge are also a great convenience.

    Dining Room - Dining room table and 8 Chairs, large sofa and wall-mounted smart TV. Ideal for both those family mealtimes and as a games room or additional relaxation area

    Bedroom One - Double Bed with window to the front elevation, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets

    Shower Room – with W.C and pedestal sink.

    Snug with access via patio door to the rear garden, 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, armchair, log burner and wall mounted smart TV

    Stairs to First Floor:

    Bedroom Two: King-size bed dual aspect room with built-in wardrobe, window seat overlooking front elevation, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets

    Bedroom Three: 3’ Twin beds, window seat overlooking front elevation, with built-in wardrobes and additional storage and bedside cabinet.

    Bedroom Four: Queen-size bed (small double), with Velux window offering views across the countryside towards the North Cornish Coast. Fitted storage, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

    Modern Family Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, bath with shower attachment. Separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail.

    Garden – Front lawned area

    Rear Garden - enjoys a quirky seating area with bench and outstanding views to the coast. Patio with table and chairs and lawned garden area. Storage Shed for Surfboards/Bikes

    Parking is located to the front of the property for 2/3 Vehicles

    Bedding: Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen and towels provided.

    PETS - Two well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement, there is a pet fee charge of £35 per pet per week

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

    We had a fantastic stay at Treaaron, the house was to a high standard internally ,really nice and clean inside and had a cosy atmosphere.
    There was everything we could of possibly needed inside. If anything a little more could be made of the outside, we sat at the bench and table area a few times at sunset which was lovely but it was just a little awkward between there and the house for some of our party. All said this is only a minor niggle."
