Entrance Door leads into Dining Room. Cloakroom and hallway leading to Kitchen Dining room with small double bedroom 6 off.Utility room and large walk in shower room. Lounge, separate sitting room with sun room off. Doors out to garden. Upstairs - Bedroom 1: Twin beds & bunk beds, Bedroom 2: King Size bed, Bedroom 3: Twin beds, Bedroom 4: Twin beds, Bedroom 5: Small single. Two family bathrooms with shower over bath. Balcony with seating and views out towards Polzeath.
Entrance to the property is off a public road down an often muddy track a short way and onto grass/hardstanding. There is one step up to the rear door which leads into the utility area where there is a further step up into the main property. Alternatively, walking across the grass to come in the front door, there are two steps up into the property.
This property includes linen but please bring your own towels.
