Upalong is a semi detached family home backing onto the world-renowned St Enodoc Golf Course, with uninterrupted views over the estuary towards Padstow and The Old Iron Bridge. The house is in a great spot, just minutes from the beach, shops and sailing club.
The accommodation is spacious with great views from the living room and doors leading onto the patio dining area and South facing lawned garden. There is plenty of parking and a garage for storage.

There is a track to drive across leading from the Golf Club hill to the property, not suitable for very low slung cars This becomes a tarmaced track which leads up to the property. To get to the main door you either walk down a slightly sloping grass bank onto a level concrete path to the door or you step from the path down 4 concrete steps with handrail.
This property includes linen but please bring your own towels.
