Chef Reggie born in England, his Indian heritage shines through in the delicious curries he creates. Reggie’s cooking skills bring the flavours of Indian take-away to Padstow through mouth-watering, authentic, regional cuisine.
When Reggie visits his family in India he also spends time collecting colourful spices from the back streets of Mumbai. His extra baggage charges are high but worth it for the depth of flavour he creates! He also gets top-ups sent by his family as and when they can dry the spices in the sun!
Reggie’s recipes were passed down to him by his mother, each with his own unique spin. Reggie creates curries from the fresh ingredients we have delivered each day and blends these with spices to whatever he feels his cooking is truly from the heart and really not to be missed.
