    This 2nd floor apartment has stunning estuary views which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and main bedroom and has direct access via a private gate onto the southwest coastal footpath, you really don’t realise you are right in heart of Padstow.

    The apartments entrance is via the foyer and up 2 flights of stairs or via a lift.

    Open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a self-catering holiday.

    The Kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and breakfast bar with stools, ideal for those mealtimes in when you aren’t enjoying the wonders of the local restaurants.

    The Lounge area has a Juliette Balcony to maximise the views over the private harbour to the Estuary, with two sofas, further chair, a TV DVD and Radio/CD player.

    A door to the right gives access to the Inner Hallway with door to the Main Bedroom at the front of the apartment with picture window and Estuary views with King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

    Changeover Day - Friday. Arrival 4pm and Departure 10am Prompt.

    One dog can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owner at £30 per pet per week.

    Bedding: bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels and tea towels are all supplied.

    Polite reminder: Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden area. Dogs must be kept on a lead in all other communal areas.
