    Living Room – Bay window with views over the front garden to the Camel estuary, comfortable sofa seating, coffee tables and lamps. wall mounted TV. feature fireplace (decommissioned) with tiled hearth wooden fire surround

    Dining Room – Bay window with estuary views. Sideboard, dining table and chairs.

    Kitchen – with door to rear garden. Fully equipped with all you could need for your self-catering stay. Integrated oven and grill, dishwasher, wall mounted TV, with window overlooking the rear garden. Door to:

    Utility Room – with window overlooking rear patio and garden. Fridge freezer, washing machine, coat hanging space.

    Separate WC with toilet at ground floor.

    Stairs – lead to spacious first floor landing with large window overlooking rear garden.

    Bedroom One – with views to the estuary from the bay window. King sized bed, bedside tables and lamps and bedroom chair with chest of drawers and hanging space.
    En-Suite Shower – Built in shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin with mirror complete with internal light and shaver point over.

    Family Bathroom – Modern bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle with glazed screen, electric Mira Sport shower, toilet, wash hand basin with mirror complete with internal light/shaver point over.

    Front Garden – Laid to lawn with range of mature flower and shrub borders and paved path leading to the front door.

    Rear Lawned Garden and Patio – A sheltered suntrap patio with garden furniture for guests. Attractive lawn and mature shrub borders. Steps up the path through the grassed area to the rear parking area.

    Parking Area – Off road parking space for two vehicles, which is accessed on a private lane to the rear – (please note) Garage is not available for guest use.

    Pets – 2 well behaved pets are accepted by prior arrangement at £30 per pet per stay – on all stays up to 7 nights (extra charges do apply for longer stays)
