There is access to the coast path leading to the beaches and also to a shared, enclosed garden area.

One pet can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owner at £30 per pet per week, making this the perfect dog friendly retreat.

    This first floor apartment is one of a complex of apartments on the water's edge in the iconic harbour in Padstow. Sleeping four people and handily located for the restaurants in town, enjoying direct estuary views from the living area and the main bedroom.

    Entrance via the foyer and stairs.

    Open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen is comfortably furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, with fully fitted kitchen area which includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher.

    The dining area includes a cupboard containing a freezer, a dining table and 4 chairs.

    Comfortable seating area with two 2 seater sofas, coffee table, TV and stunning uninterrupted views over the harbour to Rock, binoculars are provided to make the most of this fantastic position.

    On the same floor a door leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.

    Bedroom 1 - Double room with wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and views over the estuary. Hairdryer.

    Bedroom 2 - Twin room with bedside table and lamp. With chest of drawers wardrobe.

    Bathroom - bath with shower over, low level WC, wash hand basin.

    Electricity & Gas Central Heating - Included in rental.

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

    One pet can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owner at £30 per pet per week.

    Bedding: Linen, Duvets, Pillows and Towels supplied.

    Please Note: Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden area. Dogs must be kept on a lead in all other communal areas.
