The Cottage is tucked away in a quiet road in the highly sought after old part of the town of Padstow, North Cornwall. Located just 350m from the harbour, The Cottage is well appointed with Internet access and provides comfortable accommodation for a family of 6 plus a baby, or a cosy retreat for a couple.
Due to the convenient location of this property, there are many superb restaurants within a few minutes walking distance to suit all tastes including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and it is only a short walk to the sandy beaches of St George's Cove and Tregirls. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive, with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement and the property also offers parking for a small car.

Reception Room with hearth, workspace and 2 chairs.
Lounge with beamed ceiling, electric fire, comfortable sofas, and armchair, 40-inch TV with both BT Sport and Sky Sports channels. DVD player. Door to upper patio.
Downstairs to a well-equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, and 2 larder fridges. Dining area with table and seating for 8 people, with Smart TV.
Utility area with dishwasher and washer dryer. Double doors to lower patio area and south facing rear garden and washing line facilities.
Cloak room with WC and wash hand basin and freezer.
Staircase to:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Twin with pine wardrobe and bedside table.
Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Staircase to:
Bedroom 3 King-size bed with chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and wardrobe.

Parking for 1 small car to front of property: space is 14'6" long, please allow room to manoeuvre when calculating if your car will fit.
For stays of 7 nights or more - if the parking space would not be sufficient for your vehicle, the Owners will contribute to parking costs for one car, please contact the office for further details.
Linen, towels, pillows, and duvets are supplied, please bring your own beach towels.
Also provided: one travel cot (twin room wardrobe) and one highchair (utility room cupboard)
Central Heating, Gas and Electricity included in rental.
2 Pets are accepted at The Cottage by prior arrangement only - 1 pet is £35 per stay, 2 pets are £65 per stay on stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
Arrival 4pm and departure 10am
Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable security deposit required before arrival this will be included in your balance payment.
