Living space is comfortably furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style with comfortable seating for 4. A window to the front elevation and patio doors from the living area create a good amount of light as well as giving access to the outside patio ideal for al fresco dining. The owners have even thought to provide, books, games, jigsaws and even a chess board for those family nights in. Smart TV and Fibre Broadband.

Fully fitted Kitchen Area: Window over the single drainer sink, electric oven and hob and extractor hood, microwave, undercounter fridge (no freezer compartment) and washer/dryer. All the kitchen necessities you could need for a self-catering holiday is supplied.
Stairs to First Floor
Main bedroom: with king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cupboards and lamps and window with views across open countryside.
Twin Bedroom: with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cupboards and lamps.
Modern Family Bathroom: with bath and mixer shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside - Lawned garden area to the rear of the property and patio area with bench seating direct from the patio doors.
Parking - To the front of the property
Bedding - pillows, duvets supplied together with bed linen and towels. Bedding will be left on the beds for guests to make up on arrival.
Electricity including electric heating included in rental price.
Standard Changeover day - Friday
Pets: well behaved pets by prior arrangement - £25 per week.
