  Galley Kitchen – equipped with all that’s required for a self catering stay, including electric oven with hob, microwave, small George Foreman electric grill, toaster.
  Hall has stairs leading to the first floor.
  First Floor.
  Bedroom 1 - double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers and Window overlooking front garden patio area.
  Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and Roof light.
  Family Bathroom: with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over, Heated towel rail.
  
  Bedding: : Duvets, Pillows and Bed linen supplied, please bring your own towels
  
  Outside: Private enclosed front patio area with garden table and chairs.
  
  Electricity and Night Storage Heating included in Rental.
  Changeover Day - Saturday.
  Maximum 2 pets of small/medium size are accepted at Little Penty - at £25 per pet per week
