    Front Entrance door into Hallway with hanging space and access to:

    Ground Floor: with wooden effect laminate flooring throughout.

    Modern Kitchen - Well equipped with all the necessaries for a self-catering holiday, electric oven and hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, separate small freezer, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Tea towels and cleaning materials are provided. DAB Radio. 2 stools - situated at the end of the "breakfast bar".

    Living/Dining Room with 2 comfortable sofas and footstool. Sideboard stocked with local guide books, games and books to swap and read. Dining room table and 4 chairs, coffee table and lamps, Amazon Dot, SMART TV and electric Fire.
    Patio Doors to decked rear patio space.

    Separate W.C with pedestal sink.

    Stairs to First Floor:

    Modern Family Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over, heated towel rail.

    Bedroom One : Double bed with fitted wardrobes, cupboards, hairdryer, bedside lamps and TV with Freeview

    Bedroom Two: Super king double bed or 3’ Twin beds. Built-in wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and bed side lamps and cabinets and hairdryer.

    Outside:

    To The Front of the property there is a small outside space with bench

    To The Rear - Composite Decked Patio Garden area with Table and Chairs and pot plants. Rear Gate to access parking area.

    Parking is allocated to the rear of the property.

    Bedding: Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen and Bath towels provided. Hand towels in WC and Bathroom

    Please indicate bed configuration requirements for Bedroom Two at the time of booking.

    Pet friendly - Pets are accepted at £25 per pet per week

    Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
