    Kitchen: Window overlooking Front Modern fitted kitchen fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, DAB radio. Dishwasher and heated towel rail.

    Bedroom 1: King-size bed - Window with views to the estuary. Side tables with lamps. Bedroom chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer and TV.

    Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Cupboard with cleaning materials, laundry storage and baskets.

    Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £100 due prior to commencement of stay.

    Please note: A gardener attends to the property once a week with access via a side gate - they do not have access to the house.

    Baby Equipment: Highchair supplied.

    Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

    Pets are not permitted at Myebon
